Miss Bryson, Mrs Knowles and Mrs Coates are so pleased to welcome you to our Nursery class page!
We learn through experimenting, exploring and being imaginative. In nursery, a lot of our learning takes place outside in our fabulous garden and forest. Children are encouraged to take risks safely, learn to persevere and problem solve. The most important part of our day is growing friendships and relationships, with peers and adults. We will spend a lot of time talking and growing our language skills so we are confident communicators with an extensive vocabulary, ready to learn to read and write.
Each half term, we look at different topics. As the seasons change, we look at our local environment and celebrate the different festivals and cultural activities that our classmates enjoy.
We aim for all children to be happy and settled in our nursery class and we value partnership with parents. Please make use of your Tapestry account to view your child’s learning regularly.
